HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF
All our staff undergo an extensive training program designed to ensure a consistently high level of service. Our training program includes: Videos, Step by step guidelines for procedures in each room in the house, One-on-one hands on training with manager, Shadowing with senior cleaners in customer homes, Ongoing, regularly scheduled mandatory training sessions for all staff.
FULLY VETTED STAFF
Employees are screened thoroughly before hiring including reference checks and Police Clearance Certification. All foreign workers possess valid Bermuda Work Permits.
We comply with all Bermuda Government regulations with regard to the Bermuda Employment Act 2000 – Health Insurance, Social Insurance, Company Pension and Payroll Tax. We do also have insurance coverage in the event of accidental damage to property.
We have been in operation since 2002 with the majority of new business coming to us by way of referrals from existing clients. In an anonymous online Customer Survey conducted in Sept 2015 98% of our clients said they would recommend our service to others.
